“Go
ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every
creature. He
that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he
that believeth not shall be damned (Mk. 16:15, 16).”
The
Biblical mandate is crystal clear – “go ye into
all the world.”
To accomplish this Biblical mandate, God has
given us the vision to employ the team concept that
will ultimately win the lost to Christ.
Our
initial program lineup with respect to evangelism
covers but not limited to the following areas:
(a) church evangelism (from church to church)
(b) the team concept (c) business and marketplace
evangelism (d) missionary – both local and abroad
(e) crusade evangelism (monthly endeavors) our
evangelistic alliance, (f) mass evangelism (g)
Internet evangelism and (h) electronic mass media
evangelism.
The
words “global evangelism” are consistent with the
Biblical mandate “go ye into all the world.” In times past, many theologians have considered this
consent to denote “go into your known world.”
That is, your local bailiwick or denominational
persuasion. But
fuller revelations have given us ample evidence that
this mandate was speaking of the uttermost parts of
the world. Also,
heretofore, the church has been too divided and under
funded to undertake such as mission together as world
evangelism. But God, by bringing His people together
has changed this barrier.
And
with state-of -the–art technology, mass media,
global broadcasting equipment, sufficient funding and
resources, the church is now fully competent of
executing the Biblical mandate of reaching the whole
world with the whole gospel of Jesus Christ.
God is breaking down the walls of
denominational frigidity and we are pleased to
announce that Manasseh has been chosen by God to
spearhead this movement.
Finally, after 26 plus years of planning,
organizing, developing, revamping, waiting, praying,
fasting, and seeking the face of God, we are now
prepared to undertake the divine mission “to rescue
the prisoners that are bound” and bring God’s
people together.
“See,
I have this day, set thee over the nations, and over
the kingdoms, to root out, and pull down, and to
destroy, and to throw down. To build and to plant (Jer. 1:10)”
“Gather
my saints together unto me; those that have made a
covenant with me by sacrifice (Psalms 50:5)”
…’ And gather them out of the lands; from
the east, and from the west, from the north, and from
the south (Psa.107:3).”
Church
Evangelism
“Endeavoring
to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in
one hope of your calling; One Lord, one faith, one
baptism (Eph.4:3-6).”
“Thy
word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path
(Psa.119:105).”
True evangelism begins at the altar where love
meets Love!
At the outset, let us be very
clear that salvation is through Jesus Christ.
The Manasseh agenda of church evangelism
consists of conducting regular evangelistic services
from church to church.
This differs slightly from crusade evangelism,
which will be conducted in large settings such as
auditoriums, coliseums, amphitheaters, dome convention
centers, sports arenas and other large facilities
capable of housing large numbers of people.
To a great extent, many evangelistic services
are presently being conducted using these methods.
The Manasseh approach will be inclusive of this
and comprise the whole body of Christ – and will
necessitate a global team concept. This will make a vast difference in appeal,
approach presentation and soul winning techniques.
As God brings His church
together with full autonomy, individual’s rights and
privileges, we will be one people.
And be able to receive and benefit from such a
diversity and variety of God’s best.
At present, church evangelism, for the most
part is preaching to the choir.
And except for those few people who walk in
from the street or the ones we extend an invitation
to, it’s pretty much standard services. We are
spending a lot of time on the saved that really do not
need a doctor.
And except for some mixing, the standard is
usually accomplished through regular denominations,
local services celebrated and recognizable speakers.
But the Manasseh way will
forge right through the barriers and provide the very
best in gospel variety to the whole body of Christ.
This is accomplished through our International
Speakers Roster.
In order to be accepted for membership in
Manasseh, you will have to agree to have your name
placed on this roster and agree to submit to a minimum
of four speaking engagements outside of your own
fellowship annually.
The Team Concept
“O
send out thy light and thy truth; let them lead me;
let them bring me unto thy holy hill, and to thy
tabernacles (Psa.43:3)."
The
team concept of evangelism isn’t new – but the
Manasseh approach is innovative and fresh.
Our proposed budget entails funding for 30,000
evangelism candidates and personnel.
This includes 10,000 global evangelists, 10,000
crusade evangelists and 10,000 missionaries (local and
abroad).
Team
evangelism will consist of 200 starting teams with 50
members to a team.
Starting points will include (a) The United
States (b) Canada (c) Central America (d) South
America (e) United Kingdom (f) Asia (g) Africa (g)
India (h) Australia and New Zealand (i) Caribbean
Islands and others to be assigned.
Team evangelism will comprise about six (6)
departments.
Truly, this will be a combined effort of the
entire body of Christ.
It’s also referred to as “participatory
evangelism.”
This is the Lord’s doing.
Our proposed plans are to reach the “whole
world with the whole gospel of Jesus Christ.”
This is God’s program involving cooperation
from His people.
He that wins souls is wise!
Team
evangelism will be a joint effort of all 10 evangelism
programs. We
will employ state of the art technology, electronic
media, mass appeals and advertising, and employ the
finest speakers and teachers in the body of Christ.
Team evangelism will be an ongoing effort.
It will entail 10 days of crusades (conducting
business and advertising and 10 days of nightly
services. During
the day, we will have seminars, classes, fellowship
conferences, morning prayer and a prayer breakfast.
Counselors will be available; prayer hotlines
and referral services. The communities are all welcome and invited.
Pastors from various mainline denominations
will also be available.
This
will be a full time endeavor and once executed will
continue until Jesus comes back for His church.
With a focus on global evangelism services held
20 days per month.
If one really wanted to be saved or rededicate
his life to God … he/she will be able to do this
either day or night around the world.
This is incredible … nonetheless true.
It’s God’s blessing for his people.
Redeeming the times, because the days are evil.
This
vision of bringing God’s people together and
executing global evangelism is not a one-man endeavor.
It’s God’s plan for His end time church.
This type of program is too diverse and complex
for one man to execute without the guidance of the
Almighty.
Some things are not possible for man – but
nothing is impossible with God.
I have been working on these divine programs
for 26 years.
Business
& Marketplace Evangelism
"Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to
every creature (Mark 16:15)."
Marketplace evangelism is akin to business
evangelism.
In fact, the two are inseparable.
We have a gospel mandate and duty to spread the
good news of Jesus Christ to all.
And make disciples of all men.
This mandate includes corporate America, Wall
Street, mass media, electronic avenues and many other
outlets.
I invite you to read some information I
gathered over the years.
It is extracted from our newsletter called the
" Millennial Clarion” Once you read it - you
will be more convinced that our mission must include
the world of electronic and mass media.
Marketplace
Evangelism: (Light
shine for Christ)
"Let your light so shine
before men, that they may see your good works, and
glory your Father which is in heaven
(Matt.5:16)."
Business
Evangelism: (scrupulous
business practices)
"See that a man is diligent in his
business? He shall stand before kings; he shall not
stand before mean men (Prov.22: 29)."
In
some ways, marketplace evangelism is more important
than church evangelism.
The marketplace is where most of us work;
it’s where we conduct business and it’s where
people see us without our Sunday clothes on.
And it is where we interact with the general
public. It’s
where we let off steam when things go contrary or when
someone crosses us in some divergent way.
The marketplace is where the devils hang out
waiting for an opportunity to make us “play the
fool.”
Our
evangelists, missionaries and mission efforts to win
the lost to Christ will include business and
marketplace evangelism.
We will be about Corporate America, the
European market and other places where God’s people
are. We
will compel them to come in.
We will employ every conceivable tool that God
will place at our disposal. This will not be about “proselytizing” we will
simply present the gospel of Jesus Christ to those who
want and desire it.
We will not employ gimmicks or high-pressure
sales pitches. We
will simply tell them that Jesus loves them.
And that they need a Savior.
Where applicable, we will obey and adhere to
local, national and international laws.
“For a great door and effectual is opened
unto me, and there are many adversaries
(1Cor.16:9).”
Missionary Department– Local & Abroad
The Macedonian Call:
“ And after he had
seen the vision, immediately we endeavored to go into
Macedonia, assuredly gathering that the Lord had
called us for to preach the gospel unto them (Acts.
16:9-11).”
The
Missionary department will have initially 10,000
members. These
highly trained professionals will be dispatched all
over the world and main street U.S.A. too.
Not only will they minister abroad, but at home
also. All
of our evangelistic personnel will be on staff and
receive benefits, merits and annual increases.
These missionaries’ journeys
will be unique as missionaries because of the varied
and diverse backgrounds.
They will hail from “every nation.”
We will employ professional managers,
translators, computer experts, administrative
personnel and staff members from around the world.
Someone in this department will be able to
speak your language. Not everyone will qualify to be a missionary and
neither can everyone be an evangelist.
You must receive a call from God.
Missionaries engage in many
variety of services such as home missions, teaching,
street meetings, caring for the sick, helping the
natives, building churches, and a host of other
community services.
Local missionaries work directly in the
community with other agencies.
They care for the homeless, poverty stricken,
unwed mothers, and love the unlovable.
Not everyone can do this.
Missionaries usually are not “pulpit”
preachers – but can be a versatile as God will give
them grace.
We will not limit them or the Lord.
Missionaries also work with elder care
programs, go into homes and assist with just about
everything that’s needed to care for the ailing or
sick. They
visit hospital, prisons, institutions, nursing homes
and Indian reservations.
The Apostle Paul (over his
lifetime) undertook many missionary journeys and often
times lived in difficult conditions.
Since we live in the 21st Century,
we have enhanced many of the conditions for our local
missionaries, but our missionary’s abroad that
minister in far away places could encounter some less
than perfect living conditions.
However, we will endeavor to make the living
conditions of our missionaries as pleasant as
possible.
We would like to pause and offer a silent
prayer for the recent slain missionary and her young
child involved in a terrible mishap.
And we offer our condolences to her family.
Crusade
Evangelism
“And they went forth, and preached every where, the
Lord working with them, and confirming the word with
signs following (Mark 16:20).”
Crusade
evangelism is a combination of all of our evangelism
programs and works in concert with them.
Crusade evangelists compliment the team concept
by conducting business, advertising, and generally
preparing the way for the monthly evangelism.
This
group also serves as scouts and business
representatives.
They scout out communities, adequate
facilities, work with community leaders, and secure
business contracts, appropriate housing and lodging
for team members, visitors and out of town guest.
They also arrange for adequate transportation
and meet with local clergy, pastors and evangelists.
Crusade evangelists are fishermen who look for
a pond to catch fish.
They hail from various backgrounds, constitute
male and females, and experts in their respective
fields of endeavor.
They meet in strategy sessions, pray, fast and
seek the mind of God.
They also hold seminars, fact finding sessions,
teach classes and attend local worship services. They make announcements of the upcoming revival, weeks and
months in advance.
Without
crusade evangelism, we would not be able to obtain
total success. Crusade
evangelism is essential to the success of any
evangelistic operations.
I live in a seacoast community in Orange
County, California.
Several years ago, the Billy Graham
evangelistic crusade came to my town.
But not before they had a crusade.
They set up offices, notified local clergy and
made broadcast announcements at least 12 months prior
to the arrival of Dr. Graham.
I was really impressed with the cooperation and
spirit behind this.
My insurance agent is a Jewish Christian and he
was in involved with the crusade (Jews for Jesus).
And offered me an opportunity to join the
crusade efforts.
God rewarded these efforts as literally
hundreds of people gave their life to the Lord during
the evangelistic meetings. Glory be to God!!
The
Spirit Of Cooperation:
“ So the carpenter encouraged the goldsmith,
and he that smootheth with the hammer him that smote
the anvil, saying, It is ready for the sodering: and
he fastened it with nails, that it should not be moved
(Isa.41:7).”
It’s
central to work together.
God has so deliberated our plight that we need
each other. No
man is an Island.
The Almighty has given all of us talents and
skills and we must come together to discover what the
other doesn’t have or what is lacking. No one
organization, church or institution has it all.
Even in the secular, nations, in order to
survive and be successful, have to trade with each
other. In
fact, global trade agreements stimulate the economy
and everyone benefits.
The same is true with the church.
Evangelistic Alliance
“From
every nation … (Rev. 7:9)” … “Come and help us
(Acts. 16:9)”
The
Evangelistic Alliance of Manasseh constitutes an
association of ministers, missionaries, clergy, and
pastors from every nation, denomination regardless of
race, creed or nationality.
It is based upon the incarnation, virgin birth,
death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
It’s a call of men and women of the gospel
faith and good will to join us in our fight to win the
hearts and souls of men to the gospel of Jesus Christ.
The
Evangelistic Alliance and the International
Speaker’s Roster are two important considerations.
They share a lot in common.
All who are admitted and accepted into the
evangelistic alliance names are placed in the
international speaker’s roster by contractual
agreement.
This way, (by computer and internet access),
they are available to the whole body of Christ.
Their names, churches, denominational
affiliation, address and titles are placed in our huge
database.
All
of the evangelism teams, missionaries, clergy, crusade
evangelists, and pastors are derived from the
evangelistic alliance.
This association of clergy and missionaries is
a worldwide effort to being God’s servants together
in organization form.
And to make their services, talents and skills
available to the body of Christ.
The alliance is not something you join, you
have to be admitted and accepted.
Once
admitted and accepted, you receive some partnership
documents, salary agreements along with benefits and a
five (5) year contract which is mutually renewable. It is apart of God’s United Plan. A subject to be discussed in another presentation.
Mass
Evangelism
The following represent a
program of coliseum and convention type style
evangelistic services currently under consideration by
Manasseh Point Association.
The church services – evangelistic in nature
will cover the entire gamut with respect to winning
souls in the eleventh hour.
Manasseh Point Association, an
evangelistic concern intends to conduct mass
evangelism on a global scale using convention methods,
existing and future technology, small and large
facilities capable of housing God’s people.
Mass evangelism conducted in coliseum and dome
convention centers isn’t new.
But some of the approaches – especially in
the eleventh hour will be quite different and will
contrast from the standard Sunday morning worship
services. Nothing
about these services will be routine.
People who frequent these types of services are
also quite dissimilar – as to lifestyles, wearing
apparels and beliefs.
We will concern ourselves with one thing –
preaching to them Jesus.
(MK. 16:15,16).’ And preached unto Jesus (Acts. 8:35).”
The following is a brief list
of things associated with our approach in the eleventh
hour and will be expounded upon in future
presentations: (a)
the services (b) the methods (c) the message (d) the
messengers (e) people variety (f) come as ye are (g)
just as I am Lord (h) fishing with a net (i) massive
family appeal (j) letting God scale the fish (k) local
fellowship services (l) music to suit the occasion (m)
the mass evangelism appeal (n) pastoral care and
follow up (o) the ministerial staff (p) working
with local clergy (q) variety speaker’s
roster (r) Christian
education (s) multimedia and video services (t)
baptism accommodations and (u) emphasizing the baptism
of the Holy Ghost.
Lifestyles and mode of dress
will not be a factor (as long as it’s acceptable and
standard dress for the occasion).
Good common sense should govern all things
–especially those things relative to the gospel of
Jesus Christ.
Do all things decently and in order.
Mass evangelism appeal will differ drastically
from Sunday morning worship services. We live in desperate times and demands desperate measures to
win the lost to Christ.
We don’t have time to concern ourselves with
makeup, mode of dress, or church and denominational
politics. The
eleventh hour is rapidly approaching, and the Lord’s
trumpet could sound at any moment.
However, our security team (plain clothes) will
take all things into consideration as we concentrate
on preaching God’s Word.
Internet
Evangelism
“And
we know that all things work together for good to them
that love God, to them who are the called according to
his purpose (Rom.8:28).”
Internet
Evangelism is as new as the Internet itself.
It is a term used to post gospel materials on
the Internet so that the people of God and others can
have equal access to it.
To this extent, God has blessed us to form a
team of programmers and developers called Palm
Warriors. Our
chief goal is to create quality Christian education
for the Palm computer and to post these projects on
the Internet and other web sites.
Our team members are as follows:
Joseph W. Blue, Keith Zimmermann, Todd Reed,
Mark Hollingsworth, Danny Newport, Dr. Bob Ray, MD,
Michael Todd, Carl Quick, David Crites (advisory),
Debbie Tucker (editorial) and Yasmin Todd.
At
this writing, we have about 20 Christian related
projects from documents to outlines posted on various
web sites. Two
of the more popular are www.palmgear.com
and www.handango.com. Also, you can access the materials from our site www.sempassociates.com.
You can also contact us by email at jblue2340@aol.com
or jblue5147@yahoo.com.
Our programmers and developers are knit
together by a commitment to the Lord and by our Palm
Warrior Creed and Mission Statement.
A copy of this can be viewed on our web site.
We also are developing an electronic publishing
company called SempCo Electronic Publishing, a dot.com
company. We
will offer a wide selection of GospelPalmResources.
The following is a brief introduction.
The
are many good things on the Internet and there are
many things we should shun.
But as people of the Most High God, we have to
learn to accept the good and refuse the evil. Our goal is to bring the very best quality of programming we
possibly can. And
with God’s help, our Palm Warrior team is attempting
to do just this. The materials we create and post are available for the
whole body of Christ.
It is not a denominational divide.
We purposely stay away from eventualities that
divide the body and focus on those issues of mutual
agreement.
Our team members hail from various walks of
life; live in different parts of the country and
attend different Christian churches.
We have the same Heavenly Father and He loves
us all. We are first united by the basic doctrine –
the incarnation and virgin birth of Jesus Chris and
His death, burial and resurrection.
Pray for us that the Word of the Lord will have
free course.

SempCo
Electronic Publishing
"A
Dot.Com Company"
GospelPalmResources
Welcome
To SempCo Electronic Publishing, a proposed
development and dot.com company established to offer
multiple platforms, employment and variety for the
Palm and electronic community.
SempCo
Electronic Publishing is a part of of family of
companies. The word Semp is an anagram formed by adding the
first two initials of our twin companies - Search
Enterprises and Manasseh Point.
Search Enterprises is the commercial division
whereas Manasseh is our evangelistic association.
Together, they form Semp, which denotes "
twins woven &
knitted together."
Semp
& Associates, the Mother Company (a diversified
services group) has been on the divine drawing board
since 1975. We
have been creating, writing and developing Christian
education for the marketplace for over two decades.
And now, God has extended our reach to include
the Palm community.
You can access our web site at www.sempassociates.com.
The web site address for electronic publishing
is listed above and is still under development.
We are planning to employ this site name for
electronic publishing along with "GospelPalmResources",
a suggested name submitted to us by Mike Todd, one of
our team members.
In
early 2000, when I was talking to several people about
establishing a web site, it was Todd Reed (another
member of the group) who suggested a Christian web
site dedicated to the cause of Christ.
When I heard this, I knew that God had spoken.
And indeed, a short time later, God confirmed
His Word. Keith Zimmermann programmed our first
electronic project called Grace To Help v 1.0.
And the rest is divine history!!!
We
are thankful to God and for our programming team for
the contributions of ideas, projects and time with
respect to the development of this Christian related
web site.
We would like to introduce our team at this
point. Also, they will be listed later under
programming team: Joseph W. Blue, Keith Zimmermann,
Todd Reed, Mark Hollingsworth, Danny Newport, Dr. Bob
Ray, M.D, Mike Todd, Carl Quick, David Crites
(advisor), Debbie Tucker (editorial) and Yasmin Todd.
To God be the glory!!
Company Profile: The
Semp family of companies consist of commercial
divisions, Ephraim Academy, evangelistic association,
resort centers, printing, publishing, electronic
publishing, dome center churches, global evangelism,
missions, and a host of other services.
Semp is a principal ownership firm with
business organization, partners and investors.
This
vision has been on the divine drawing board for about
25 years. We have labored faithfully preparing business
procedures, policies, a constitution, partnership
documents, contracts, budgetary considerations,
humanitarian programs, community services, staffing
requirements, management policies and a host of other
start-up and operational procedures.
The work although rewarding has been extensive
and tedious. Over
the years, many friends and associates have left us,
but God has stood by us in this endeavor.
Thanks be unto God!!
Goals
& Objectives: The
goals and objectives of the electronic publishing
endeavor are intertwined with that of Christian
publishing and evangelism.
To offer quality Christian education to the
various Palm platforms and formats.
This includes the entire arena of electronic
publishing.
We
hope to afford a platform and market for Christian
authors/inventors and others who champion the
Christian morality of honest, decency and moral
attributes. Not
every item has to be a Christian affiliated product.
But "what ever things are lovely."
Such as games, utilities and other objects that
express good intentions, learning, and amusement will
also be accepted.
Also,
any Christian undertaking submitted for consideration
will have to appeal to the whole body of Christ.
It must be for all of God's people - regardless
of denominational persuasion.
This
electronic Christian web site (although patterned
after some of the others such as Palmgear and Handango)
will differ with respect to principles, submission
policies, procedures and accessibility.
And will maintain a sense of decency and
morality pursuing the principles of the gospel of
Jesus Christ.
Submissions
& Procedures: Submission to this web site will follow the standard procedure
with respect to those established in a regular
publishing company.
All manuscripts or projects will have to be
submitted to the submission department and undergo
regular editorial and evaluation by various committees
for its suitability, compatibility and acceptability.
We
reserve the right to accept or reject any project,
game, utility or any other submission that's
incompatible with the goals and objectives of our
company and the principles of the gospel of Jesus
Christ. On
The succeeding pages, you will find a "proposed
submission procedure."
Unlike Palmgear or Handango, where you can sign
up and submit your materials and it goes right to a
server. Our
submission policy will be open to all that qualify -
but all submissions go unswervingly to editorial
review rather than on a server.
But even Palmgear and Handango have rules and
regulations on submitting projects.
Products
& Services: Products and services of this endeavor will entail a wide
assortment of items.
Such as (a) electronic equipment (b) commercial
supplies (c) Palm related products (d) Pocket PC (e)
Ebooks (f) gospel projects (g) games (i) utilities (j)
online Bible courses (k) outlines & documents (l)
printed education materials to read along with the
Palm or Pocket PC (m) shopping carts (n) ability to
transact financial purchases (credit cards), (o) other
connecting web sites, (p) short stories etc.
Regional
Headquarters: Our
regional headquarters has been resolute to be located
in Miami, Florida and will incorporate multiple branch
offices through out the United States, Europe, Canada
and Latin America.
Even though the centralized staff will be at
the regional complex, we will have many home base and
branch office positions.
The choice of Miami as headquarters is
consistent with our other company undertaking with
respect to resort and convention services and future
business ventures in the state of Florida
Staff
Positions: Staff
positions will be in multiple areas:
(a) office base (b) home base (c) full time (d)
part-time (e) writers (f) editors (c) programmers (d)
executive staff
(e) advisors/consultants (f) computer experts
(g) administrative assistants (h) secretaries (i)
general workers etc.
Programming
Staff: Our current programming team consist of the following:
Joseph W. Blue, Keith Zimmermann, Todd Reed,
Mark Hollingsworth, Danny Newport, Dr. Bob Ray. M.D.,
Michael Todd, Carl Quick, David Crites (advisor), and
Debbie Tucker (editorial).
These team members will be offered first choice
of the varied full and part time positions. This includes, but not limited to executive management,
programming, consultants and administrative services. This can be either office base or home base or both.
