Manasseh
Point Association (M.P.A.), an evangelistic undertaking and
counterpart to Semp & Associates has been somewhat in its
infancy since 1975- working behind the scenes on the multiple
projects given unto us by the Almighty. And now by
divine decree has entered by storm into the crux of the Salvation
Army. " These that have turned the world upside down are come
hither also (Acts.17:6)."
Manasseh
Association was established with careful guidelines from God with a
charter that admits varied and multiple churches regardless of
denominational differences. We are "clergy without
borders or walls." This is an unprecedented attempt
to bring God's people together in a Noah's ark or United Nations
type of venture. Nothing of this magnitude has ever been
done before in the history of the church. There have been
mergers - but not of this type. And without God's
guidance and approval... this move of unity would be totally
fruitless.
Along
with this introductory letter, you will receive a pre-admittance or
screening package, which is divided into about eight (8) sections.
Each section is intended to provide you will enough information to
make an informed decision. Some of the details call for
a response on your part and the other is upfront facts about the
formation of our association. The various sections are as
follows: (a) pre-admittance introductory (10) pages (b)
prerequisites contractual agreements (16) pages (c) personal
questionnaire (20+) pages (d) God's United Plan Summary (20) pages
(e) my story - sacrifices of the founder (6) pages (f) introductory
letter (4) pages (g) church biography (3) pages and (h) membership
application (3) pages. With these 80 approximate pages,
you will have more than a bird's eye view of our association, its
global mission and admittance criterion.

Fly Alone - They Soar By Themselves"
 God
and one man are a majority. It is amazing what one can
accomplish alone on the backside of the mountain with God.
Putting together this twin package over twenty-five years was
similar to Noah building the ark. This vision developed
gradually over a 25-year period - with the hand of the Almighty
guiding me every step of the way. Fair weather friends
and associates could not stand the test of time. Eventually, I
had to "go it" alone. Only my family and one
true friend stood with me. For some of the others, the long
years of sacrifice, waiting on God, dedication and consecration took
its toll. "And when things get tough - the tough
get going." It wasn't my intention to make a solo flight
through life or the ministry - but I learned early on " that
bird's of a feather flock together " but eagles fly alone -
they soar by themselves. And if you're going to be in the
ministry, it's sometimes a lonely ride - (it's lonely at the top).
But if you're going to succeed, you had better learn to fly like an
eagle." Friends call me Eagle Eye!!
Seeking
membership in Manasseh Association is about choices - you have to
make your own decision. We don't admit organizations per
se; we admit churches that qualify on an individual basis. But
once accepted, you will be able join a fellowship similar to your
organization status or denominational preference. Even the
organization that I was with - when I announced what God had given
me, they turned a deaf ear and in some ways (put me out to pasture). Up
until my announcement, I was considered by many as
"promising” You too Brutus!
Also,
during the lean years, I wrote many other leaders with respect to
financial support and counseling for my vision - all to no avail.
Most of them, never answered my letters and the few that did -
stated, " we only help those of our own kind."
I had even prepared for the market some training materials for which
I failed miserably when I endeavored to market it. God had
also blessed me to write several manuscripts for which I submitted
to both Christian and secular publishers for consideration. The
secular publishers told me to submit them to a denominational
publisher and they told me that my view on the Godhead is far
different from theirs. (I still believe in one God). And
for this reason, they could not even recommend my manuscripts to the
review committee (which was the first step). Sometimes the very
thing you refuse, God will use in a mighty way. The stone the
builders refused has become the headstone of the corner. This is the
Lord's doing. The foolishness of God is much wiser than
man. And God doesn't make mistakes.
Multiple
Divisional Structures: (10) Manasseh
Association is an apostolic organization, teaching, preaching,
promoting and practice the essence of the apostles' doctrine as
taught and practiced by the early church - Peter and the apostles.
We believe it to be the original doctrine that Jesus gave
commandment to preach and teach. Among others, it involves the
death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ, water baptism in
Jesus name, baptism of the Holy Ghost (initial evidence of speaking
in tongues as God gives the utterance), communion, breaking of
bread, the second coming of Christ, gifts of the Spirit, fellowship
with the brethren, and the new birth etc. (1Cor.15:1-4)
(Acts.2:38;4) (St. John 3:1-5) (Eph.2:17-22) and Romans
10:9,10)."
In
the initial stages, we had planned to admit only those of like
precious faith - but God has guided us to open our doors to all of
His people. Those that have made a covenant with Him and who
qualify through the Biblical mandate. With this, we have
established ten (10) divisional structures to accommodate the entire
body of Christ (those who qualify). This is the
Lord's doing. And even though from the very
beginning - it grieved my heart to see the body of Christ divided, I
had no plans to tackle a venture of this nature without the
authority, wisdom, power and guidance of God. The
beauty of this is.... You don't have to become apostolic to be a
partner in this enterprise.
But
you do have to qualify, sign agreements and contracts, and pledge to
abide by the Manasseh Constitution (for the which you will receive a
copy if you are admitted). The Manasseh Constitution,
partnership code of ethics, code of conduct, partnership documents
and Firgo Rights are documents we use to shape and frame our
association and constitution. These documents were
slowly developed over a 25-year period. They
constitute and incorporate both legal and moral principles - and
will have been scrutinized by both legal and Bible scholars.
Many
in the body of Christ will not appreciate what God is doing by
bringing His people together in a Noah's ark - especially with
the governing administration being of the apostolic church.
But our laws and constitution are fair to all and covers all
denominations. We derived our agreements (500) from Bible
principles. Another important point is that all
fellowships (or denominations) will have representation in
administration. This thing didn't occur overnight - nor
was it done in a corner. We carefully and prayerfully over 25
years sought the mind and will of the Lord in every endeavor.
With my finite mind, I could not see such a thing as admitting
various denominations all under one administration and granting
reasonable freedom to all. But nothing is impossible with God.
One thing for sure, it will not be business and division as usual!
We will walk together in this thing with full autonomy, obeying God
and being loyal to our company!
 Conclusion:
This
introductory letter alone with the pre-admitting package should be
ample information to assist with your decision as to joining our
association. If you qualify and agree to follow the rules, we
will welcome you with open arms.
God,
in His infinite wisdom knows all things and has made arrangements
for all of us to survive the "economic drought" coming up
on the world and church. He has guided us to prepare a Noah's
ark - now called God's economic ark for such a time as this.
As we know from Bible history, that everyone on the ark was saved
from the pending danger of the judgment waters.
Likewise, everyone who agrees to the conditions of this association
and is admitted (accepted) will be saved from the economic
depression coming upon the church. It's your choice.
Nothing
is the way we expected it - and God works in mysterious ways.
Once you are accepted, you will have everything you need (a) salary
(b) benefits (c) church on operating budget (c) ability to continue
with ministry (d) fellowship (e) safety (f) rights (g) a five (5)
year contract (which is mutually renewable) (h) withdrawal clause (i)
representative fellowships (j) participate in global evangelism (k)
rights to convention and building funds (l) vacation retreats (m)
company discounts and a host of other incentives.
And most of all... you will have freedom from reprisal, oppression
or opposition. You no longer have to "go alone to
get alone." And whether you have one member
or thousands, your salary, benefits and incentives will always
remain in tact. You can now preach out of your soul!

Materials & Preadmittance Package:
We
have included in this package some host material - that is
information we send you about our company so that you can make an
intelligent and informed decision concerning your future. And
the other data is what we need you to complete and return to us as
soon as possible. Of course, we don't expect you to
agree on everything - but we must reach a 60/40 agreement at the
outset. And that being the death, burial and
resurrection of Jesus Christ.
Once
we have received the requested information and our team of admitting
counselors have reviewed and digested it - we will notify you in
writing or by fax of our decision. If accepted, you will receive a
complete and thorough admitting package. And we will dispatch our
admitting team to interview you and discuss details.
